Hebrew National Project Background

Problem:
Hebrew National's Schorr's product line was generic looking and didn't reflect the company's early New York heritage. In addition, the products and flavors were difficult to distinguish from one another.

Solution:
Updated the logo and redesigned the label. Utilized an Art Deco motif evoking a turn of the century look, reinforced with the iconic Statue of Liberty the label now projects a New York deli excellence and ethnicity. The similar but different product items were color coded to provide easy recognition.

Freshness and taste appeal utilizing clean, crisp graphics, drove the label redesign objectives. Finally the lids were emblazoned with the company's enhanced logo to increase visual shelf presence and brand recognition.
